 THE CHALLENGE
Why standard control
panels fall short in healthcare.
Logic Built-In

Ready-to-run AHU logic, making configuration quick, consistent, and stress-free.

Remote Access

Monitor or update from anywhere, thanks to built-in cloud connectivity.

Fully Future Ready

Embedded Modbus/BACnet IP, remote diagnostics, and HTM compliance!

Faster Installations

With just 2 cables and plug-and-play wiring, iX cuts install time by nearly 50%.

EVOLVING AHU CONTROLS

How it compares to our previous solution?

Our original iSmart control solution laid the foundation for reliable, purpose-built AHU control, supporting a wide range of applications with a proven and robust platform However, as the industry evolved, with increasing demand for remote access, faster installation, deeper integration, and smarter data visibility, it became clear that a new approach was needed.

The iX platform was developed to build on everything iSmart delivered, while addressing its limitations. The result is a next-generation control solution that introduces modern connectivity, simplified installation, and enhanced functionality — all without increasing cost.

iSmart Controls

What we realised our old solution did not have:

No remote/cloud access or browser display.

No ability to remotely access, monitor, or interact with the system without being on site.

Costly Modbus or BACnet over IP add-on.

Additional communication capabilities required extra cost and complexity to implement.

Longer install time and increased material use.

Traditional wiring methods increased installation time, labour, and overall project cost.

No compatibility, no upgrades and older tools.

Limited flexibility made it difficult to adapt, upgrade, or integrate with modern systems.

iX Controls

What you get in our new solution, at no extra cost:

Remote cloud based connectivity and live browser display.

Access, monitor, and control the system remotely in real time from any connected device.

Modbus or BACnet over IP, included for free.

Advanced communication protocols come as standard, with no additional cost.

Reduced installation time, materials and control panel size.

Efficient wiring and design significantly cut installation effort and panel footprint.

12 new innovative system features, at no additional cost.

A feature-rich platform delivering enhanced capability without increasing project cost.

THE iX ADVANTAGE
Cut installation time. Reduce costs.
Deliver more with every project.

70% Less Material Costs

With just 2 cables required and built-in BUS architecture, the iX drastically reduces your material needs - saving both cost and complexity.

45% Faster Installation

Say goodbye to long lead times. The iX’s plug-and-play wiring and preloaded logic enable rapid setup, cutting installation time by nearly half.

75% Smaller Panel Size

Compared to iSmart, the iX features a much more compact footprint - delivering the same performance with zero use of large controllers.
